"Wasserstrom is a rip-off company... and so is Amazon\nOrdered TWELVE potholders for $9.73 from Wasserstrom on Amazon. Wasserstrom shipped ONE pot holder. When I complained they said "listing was a mistake so here's your money back". I didn't want a refund. I wanted the 12 pot holders I agreed to buy as advertised and described on Amazon by Wasserstrom.\n\nClearly a breach of the retail contract that I, Wasserstrom, and Amazon agreed to when I committed to buy the TWELVE pot holders for $9.73\n\nWasserstrom blamed Amazon but Amazon was adamant that an accurate item description was the responsibility of the selling partner... Wasserstrom.\n\nAmazon was no help at all but then all of a sudden the 12 pot holders were relisted on Amazon as 12 pot holders for $31.99\n\nSo is it fraud, bait & switch, breach of contract, or deceptive advertising? I'll see what the FTC says.\n\nWasserstrom has been in business for 120 years.\nI wonder how many customers they have defrauded and ripped off in those 120 years?"

"I enjoy shopping at William Sonoma. First I worked with Ashley buying a combination microwave, air fryer and convection oven. She was so helpful and fun to talk to. The oven was huge and heavy. My husband and I appreciated Ashley bringing it out to pickup parking and loading it into our car. \n\nI used the oven and hated it. The store made the return easy. I called to let them know I was returning the oven, and Janice told me to call from the pickup area. Craig was down a few minutes after I got there to unload the oven, and he was very nice too. \n\nWhen I went into the store with my receipt to get the refund, Beth asked me why I disliked the combination oven and showed me a stand-alone air fryer that would be a better fit for me. Beth showed me the one she used at home and was able to teach me how to use it, which I appreciated."

"I own and maintain a commercial food truck service. In this line of work it's common to have appliances breaking down due to the abuse equipment takes on a vehicle. \n\nI have used CPS over 5 times now in 5 years ranging from Griddle LP conversion and installation, Freezer compressor repair, a Fryer unit replacement and LP conversion and now we are again having them come out to install and hook up a new unit we just bought. \n\nI highly recommend this company if you have commercial equipment you need fixed. Their service is the best in Central Ohio and the get work done quick and efficient! \n\nI do refer other businesses to CPS when I am asked for advice on repair technicians."
