"Jim was a big help for my leather engraving project. He was prompt in replies to emails, flexible with scheduling, did the work same-day when I brought it in, and was patient with me when we needed to tweak the design to accommodate font changes. He even tested the result a couple of times on his own leather scraps first to show me, let me record the process for fun, and then helped me learn how to remove the soot after mine was done. \n\nWould totally recommend to anyone who needs leather engraved!"

As a LASERS employee, you are a member of the LASERS pension plan. Your contribution rate is set by statute at 8.0% of your annual salary for employees hired on/after July 1, 2006.
