Highlights of a self-guided walking tour of León (Spain)

As part of our listening tour I met the City Improvement District team in Hatfield, a non profit organisation that has played a major role in keeping the area safe. Their daily work on the ground, from visible patrols to rapid response, has helped prevent the urban decay we see in so many other parts of the city.
