A Polokwane man has been arrested in connection with several murders a Senwabarwana-based police sergeant allegedly orchestrated after she had taken out funeral and life insurance policies in the victims’ names. The sergeant Rachel Kutumela, her 23-year-old daughter, Anna Shokane, and Kutumela’s older sister, Flora Shokaneher, were arrested in September on nine counts of murder, multiple counts of fraud, and money laundering.
